Assistant F&B Operations Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the candidate will have the following job description:

- Be responsible for improving the overall standard of our   restaurants, its presentation and service standards.

- Work closely and support the F&B Manager in sales & marketing strategies to increase profitability of business

- To maximize the profitability of the Department through successful promotions and cost control.

- Perform market analysis to seek new business opportunities

- Review and make improvements to internal processes and systems to maximize effectiveness of operations

- To create a career development path for all staff to grow with the organization

- To contribute in all menu planning, food promotions, merchandising, pricing, food and beverage training.

- To organize and implement training sessions internally or externally to ensure all service standards are in line with established SOPs and Hotel standards. To ensure that staff are trained and be empowered to effectively respond to guest complaints.

- Ensure discipline and staff management at the outlet;

- Involve in recruitment & employee issues

Required Skills/Experience

1. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/ management position in an international restaurant in Vietnam, oversea working experience will be preferable.
2. Graduate from a School or College, preferable with a major in Restaurant/Hospitality
3.  Good command in English both written and verbal, fluent in any other language would be an advantage.
4. Good communication & organization skills, customer service skills
5. Strong leadership and team management skills
6. Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
7. Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
8. A strategic thinker with strong leadership, resourcefulness and the ability to think out of the box
9. Skills in financial planning

Monthly Salary and Bonus Range (VND)

 To commensurate with qualifications and experience
