Song Be's Little Heroes’ Attempt to Save the Earth
“Save the Earth!”, a global roar in preserving the Mother Earth. On 28th June 2009, a kids’ event titled “Song Be Little Heroes” was organized at Song Be Golf Resort. More than just offering a great fun, this event sparked love and care of the little heroes towards the earth through an activity called “Save the Earth!”
Under the guidance of Song Be's Head Gardener, the Little Heroes learnt about planting. They excitedly got their hands soiled & dirty. Moreover, they also learnt to promote a green environment. Beyond that, they had a close encounter with nature seeing various plants, trees and frogs too that live naturally at the Resort's nursery.
Visiting Song Be's very own organic pineapple farm, the little heroes were served with fresh organic pineapple - its tastier & healthier!
A small start of the Little Heroes had made an impact to the earth!
More than keeping the Resort green, Song Be actively conveys environmental awareness to the staff and its members. Song Be Golf Resort is awarded with "IGOLF Laureate Course Status" by IGOLF Charter in 2008 for its commitment for environmental and social responsibility.
